Plot: Senator Martin Tallman and a local psychiatrist have one thing in common — they both are found murdered during Don’s shift. Though both of the murders took place in very different circumstances, they might have more in common than everyone initially thinks. Following a hunch, Don pursues the case as if the two murders are related, and in doing so he stumbles across a secret that has been covered up by the government for several years.
